If you have your own designer or architect that has provided plans for you, bring them to us - we are happy to talk through them and provide you with a comprehensive quote. 

Depending on the service from the designer, we are also able to help with any permit or regulatory issues.  Once these have been obtained and the quote accepted, a contract is drawn up, executed and the building process can begin.
