About O'Leary Homes

O'Leary Homes Limited was formed in 2004 by Greg and Kerry O'Leary.  The company was a natural progression following Greg's 30 years of practical building and construction management experience.  This was coupled with Kerry's skills and experience in the areas of business administration and contractual management.  Our builders are employees of the company and we further engage some of the best tradespeople in the Hawkes Bay area.

We provide Hawkes Bay with a quality, fresh, positive approach to building and we endeavour to make the building process simple and enjoyable.  We enjoy working with clients who appreciate the value of designing homes to suit their individual lifestyle and enjoy building homes that are varied, flexible and use solid, dependable materials and honest construction details.

The company has adopted procedures to ensure you are protected in regard to the administrative side of building projects.  Full contract management and administration is in place with regard to insurances; building contracts; financial control; health and safety and guarantees.
