If you wish to build a home of a more traditional, simple style the process would be similar to the architectural process, however, less time would be required in the initial planning phase.  We have experienced draughtsmen and architects available to provide consent plans and documents at a competitive cost and with the added benefit of being based on your specific wants and needs.  This is able to be converted into a 3D model allowing you to visualise and virtually walk through your home prior to construction.  Our experience and pricing ability allows us to price these plans accurately and at speed to ensure you are within budget throughout the process.

• Purchase land/land held
• Initial concept plans provided
• Once concept plans approved and budgeted move to full plans
• Full plans drawn and approved
• Provide quote for full plans
• Apply for Building Consent
• Execute building contract
• Commence building
