The Holliers came to us with plans already drawn and Building Consent granted.

We provided a full contract quote and explained how the building process would proceed under O'Leary Homes, coupled with their own input and associated subtrades.  

The Holliers accepted our quote and entered into a Certified Builders Full Contract Agreement which also included a 5-Year Homefirst Guarantee (now a 10 year guarantee).  Building commenced the next week.

This is a modern-day 250sm house consisting of Linear and Titan Board cladding on a cavity batten system, with both Trimline and corrugated iron roofs, pitched and flat.

The build required high detailing, patience and top workmanship especially to the exterior.  Upon completion of this, the interior, with its polished concrete floors, open plan living areas and changing ceiling heights, progressed quickly.  

O'Leary Homes managed the entire process and with the combined input of the associated trades, owners and suppliers, we completed a high-class finish to a well designed, well functioning family home.  

The completed home and Certificate of Code Compliance from Napier City Council was delivered to the Holliers after a 5 month, unproblematic construction period.
